Yes, it is heated and secured by a fence to NFP90-306 standards.

Is it a classified establishment?
Yes, Château Couffins is a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation.

No, this is strictly prohibited.
What is the amount of the booking fee and the amount of the deposit?
40% for the fee on booking, the balance 15 days before your arrival and €3000 deposit to be returned on the day of your arrival.
What is the heating system of the castle?
Oil-fired boiler.
How to get to the castle and get around once there?
Rent a vehicle at Bordeaux Mérignac airport or St Jean train station. Find all our partner service providers in the City Guide given when you make your booking.
Do you welcome us personally when we arrive and when we leave?
Of course! You will be welcomed by Nathalie - owner of the Château - and you can join her by phone throughout your stay.
Can the domain be occupied by another group than ours at the same time?
No, you benefit from the exclusivity of the premises as well as access to the swimming pool.
